The Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce goal is to foster a strong, competitive economic environment that benefits Aboriginal businesses of all sizes and sectors in Manitoba.

To meet our goal, we engage the government directly on issues that are critical to the Aboriginal economy. We represent Aboriginal business on issues that are important to the success of our membership.

The policy resolutions consist of a number of areas of policy interest including agriculture, economic development & small business, environment, fiscal responsibility, health, labour & manpower, natural resources, tourism, and social services.

In order to be considered, policies must be:

Specific, complete, and relevant;
Reasonable and attainable;
Capable of being measured, assessed, or evaluated; and,
Of provincial, national, or international importance.

The Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce is responsible for maintaining the organization's position and profile as the leading advocate for Aboriginal business in Manitoba.

Our job is to present these priority issues to the appropriate levels of government - advocating for change on your behalf.
