Registration Policy

Participation in the ACC Aboriginal Vendor database is open to all Aboriginal businesses and related organizations, subject to the limitations set out below:

Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce (ACC) reserves the right to exclude from ACC Aboriginal Vendor database, businesses that the ACC identifies as ineligible.

ACC considers free registration on the ACC Aboriginal Vendor database to be a privilege provided to Aboriginal businesses, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove a registration from the database for reasons of public interest and public protection.

ACC reserves the right to exclude businesses that market products or services that are illegal or restrained by court order (e.g., court order regarding the right of a company to use a trademark)

ACC reserves the right to exclude businesses that cannot be independently verified as a fully operational company operating in Canada.

ACC reserves the right to exclude or to remove business from ACC Aboriginal Vendor database that may be inconsistent with federal or provincial legislation, policies or programs (or that may be in non-compliance with federal or provincial legislation).

Vendor Accuracy

ACC does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in this database or the quality of the organizations listed in it. Due diligence should be exercised by individuals contracting services from any organization in this database.
